Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
The candle is unused, unlit, and in original packaging
You contact us within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
Used or lit candles
Damaged items caused after delivery
Custom pieces
Sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
